In addition to appellate advocacy, we counsel clients before litigation commences. Our team regularly provides strategic counseling for novel legal issues arising in different contexts. We seek to stay ahead of emerging issues, helping clients navigate changes in federal and state law.

Our team includes former federal and state appellate law clerks who understand how judges approach the law. Even when our clients are not defending wins on appeal, we can assist with amicus briefs. Our amicus practice empowers clients to present their legal positions as to unsettled issues that affect their interests or industries.
