Bankruptcy law has developed into a very unique, sophisticated, and technical area of expertise.  Since 2006, Ms. Moody has been a Certified Bankruptcy Assistant through the Association of Bankruptcy Judicial Assistants. The CBA (Certified Bankruptcy Assistants Program) is the only bankruptcy certification program for non-lawyers in the United States.  She also has lectured to both attorney and trade groups on bankruptcy topics.

She oversees all phases of judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and unlawful detainer proceedings. Her experience in the area of collections allows her to work closely with clients to obtain judgments and secure collection on such judgments.  In addition to her work in commercial litigation and collection cases, she works on behalf of banking and financial institution clients in various contexts, including loan transactions and workouts.

Ms. Moody received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communication and a minor in Business Administration. While at Northwest Nazarene University, she was nationally ranked in extemporaneous speaking and parliamentary debate, was a member of the forensics honorary Phi Kappa Delta, and was the National Champion in team debate. Currently, Ms. Moody volunteers as a coach and judge for both high school and college forensics.
